Thank God I am Lutheran...change is evil...using facebook on my part would require change....therefore Facebook is EVIL...eat your hearts out...I used the Catholic philosophy to beat your argument. Hehe! Life is ok on the island. Work sucks and I can't wait to tell them that I am going to hell frozen over (once I get word from the sem) so that I can one day get into heaven. I should know by the end of June. I can't wait to hear either way because living in limbo sucks! That is all folks
Steve: yes that is a valid syllogism; however, your first premise is not necessarily true. For your conclusion to be true then, premise 1 "Change is evil" would have to be always true. Now I can think of many changes that have been good. Changing socks, for example, is sometimes helpful.
