You liked that pic, didn't you. Yeah, I thought so. It's impossible NOT to like! I mean, the stylish and immensly useful sidebar full of 'gadgets' - that's right iMac, 'widgets' just sounds stupid. Next, I'm sure you noticed the new 3 dimensional way to switch between windows that not only looks awsome but is actually quicker than the traditional alt-tab because it provides a better visual of the windows you are switching between.
Now, a careful observer might remark something along the lines of "Hey, hasn't Apple been doing this for years?" To which, the only intelligent response is, "Hey, haven't you been stupid for years?"
This is not a race or competition between two types of computers because Macintosh isn't a real computer. I mean, who wants something that is extremely expensive and difficult to use! (Wait, isn't this how computers got started . . .) The fact is, the PC has always been better and more compatible than Mac's, and now it looks better too!
All jokes aside, Vista actually sucks. Yup. My built in cam and my SD slot quit working. Also, while XP rarely crashed on me, Vista seems to have the traditional temperment that Mac users LOVE bugging PC users about. Lastly, SERIOUS BRAIN DRAIN. As if my battery life wasn't low enough, Vista even sucks more. Also, 1GB of RAM doesn't go as far as it used to.
My recomendation, dual install XP and Vista. I really, really, really, really, like the sidebar and so can put up with all the other crap.

I have not had the same problemns that yopu have had, but then I do not use thye computer as much as you. I am unworthy to comment on your great but inflamatory rant.
