Lenten Alms

Hey everybody! Just in case some of you are looking for a particular charity to fulfill some of your lenten ideas, please consider this:

My sister Tarena who is in Calgary is doing a 60km walk to raise money for Breast Cancer. You can find out about it and donate online. So apparently we took alot of pictures during our fundraising work. Here are some pics during the actual sale of the baking at which we were also cooking for a pancake breakfast (in place of the KofC).

WYD08 Fundraising

So I am helping my parish fundraise for World Youth Day Australia in 2008. So far this has entailed bake sales and bottle drives. The money is good, but the fun is gooder.




I am pounding a Skor bar into bits for a Death by Chocolate.
